Alida’s new production company KALIDASCOPE Media, headlines with The Art of Sisters: Tales & Letters by the Brontës at the American Irish Historical Society. In the spring Square Medium Pictures will co-produce Alvin Cases’ The Mohawk Trail– a feature about an estranged mother & daughter separated by illness & reconnecting on a road trip. Alida will star alongside film & theatre-mavens, Catherine Eaton (The Sounding) & Alex Hurt (Netflix’s Bonding).
She is a proud Wing Woman & company member with National Disability Theatre– that is radically transforming theatrical practices by telling stories through a lens of disability culture.

Recent producing credits: Jetty– following a deaf girls’ journey in the American South, & Jaclyn Bethany’s The Rehearsal– a mini-series inspired by August Strindberg's “Miss Julie,” paying homage to NY’s cut-throat theater scene.
An ongoing contributor for Constellation Magazine, Alida has photographed the editorials for artists including Ani Simon-Kennedy, Millicent Simmonds, Sonejuhi Sinha, & Elizabeth Wood. As part of the 2016 NYS Pavilion New Ideas Competition, Alida received the Queens Borough award for “Pavilion Park” which was featured in the Wall Street Journal & at the Queens Museum.
